Simon Lawson is a man striving for equilibrium in the whirl of life. He believes in keeping busy, subscribing to the old adage that an idle mind might find less savory diversions. However, Simon also recognizes the dangers of becoming too absorbed in busyness, always careful not to tip the scales into feeling overwhelmed.

In his current chapter, Simon is particularly focused on personal growth and self-improvement, acknowledging the cliche yet embracing the importance of self-development. With a keen awareness that self-improvement can often become a buzzword, Simon's dedication to self-growth is genuine and steadfast.

He is actively working on himself, not just as a passing trend but as a foundational goal. Simon has identified that to be of value to others, he must first ensure he is filled with positivity and strength. This principle drives him to renegotiate dynamics in his relationships, aiming to become a source of goodness and support to those around him.

He believes that by truly getting "good at being good" to himself, he can extend that goodness outward—a philosophy that underpins his approach to life and informs the way he interacts with the world.

Simon Lawson is a fitness and wellness expert. He is Master Instructor and Certified Personal Trainer with over 20 years of experience transforming the lives of his clients through his proprietary method called BEST training. Currently he is a physical education teacher at an independent school in NYC. And is also a Life Fitness Global Cardio Coach.

After working in corporate America for several years, his passion for fitness and his desire to live a more fulfilled purposeful existence led him to the fitness industry.  Simon has used his vast knowledge and platform to raise awareness and  resources  for the underprivileged and to create safe fitness spaces for marginalized persons.
