Potential is nothing without execution, and it all starts with believing in yourself regardless of the hole you're in. Pasquale's path was anything but steady, hurdles continued to amount across his journey on and off the field. Despite his impressive resume as a professional athlete, things never came easy and his commitment to the craft kept him relevant when his options appeared limited.
Pasquale unfortunately lost his father at age fourteen and admittedly his anger was unleashed at a young age, the lack of answers as he processed the loss could have easily led to a spiral. A therapist suggested that sports could be an outlet, in particular football presented a healthy way to cope with the agony. Pasquale shares the various pitfalls on his quest to make it to the highest ranks in the NFL, he talks about his learnings, his regrets, and his frustrations along the way.
After a successful five-year stint in The Arena Football League, Pasquale has used his experience as an underdog to mentor and train aspiring athletes in his hometown. Pasquale's impact transcends the weight room, his experience has helped reshape the culture of his local school district which has benefitted from his presence to become a bonafide program.
Pasquale attended North Shore High School on Long Island. He received a full scholarship to play football at CW Post, he then transferred to Ventura Community College in California before finishing his collegiate football career at Buffalo State in New York as an All-American. Pasquale attended the NFL Combine in 2013 and had a Pro Day before making his way into The Arena Football League. His professional career spanned across five years with stints on the Cedar Rapids Titans, Spokane Empire, Massachusetts Pirates, and the Carolina Cobras. Pasquale was recognized as a 3-time All-Arena Defensive Team member.
