His next step was dropping out of high school, not the path you’d expect from someone willing to learn and work hard. But continuing to be the rock that makes the rapids, Kane worked longer, harder, faster than what seemed like everyone and was then rewarded time and again. 

Rich “Kane” has been in the security industry for nearly 30 years, amassing A-list celebrity clientele and managing security for world renowned events. Kane’s career started early when he dropped out of high school at 17 and began working on the Sunset Strip. Johnny Depp’s head of security took him under his wing to train and show him the ins and outs of the Los Angeles club scene.   Kane went on to become General Manager at the Key club, located on West Hollywood's famed Sunset strip. During his time at the historic venue, Kane and his team, hosted some of the biggest names in music and entertainment. Since then he has worked with many A-list celebrities and ran security for Diana Ross. He provided his brand of service and travelled all across America entrusted with her children's safety while adapting to new cities and states.  He was the head of security for the late Stan Lee during the last year of his life. He was also the head of security for Dan Bilzerian and he still provides his services for his special events.   

Kane manages a multitude of security teams with his main focus currently being on the needs of Dan Fleyshman and his world of companies. Kane is now the COO of Dan’s Blacksite Ranch, leading it to be one of the world’s most well-known ranches.  Level One Protection made Kane a partner where they provide everything from threat analysis to shipping, logistics and facility protection as well as personal and event security.  Kane values balancing his life between running multiple teams across America and actively being present in his five children’s lives.
