Andrew's journey resembles that of a phoenix rising from the ashes; a story of remarkable comeback and the pursuit of passion without desperation.

In this episode, our guest Andrew doesn't shy away from discussing the vulnerability to predators and abuse that many, including himself, have encountered. He delves into his personal battles with alcohol beginning at just 15, and the hard-won sobriety journey, both of which underscore a narrative of resilience. Join us as we explore the depth of Andrew's story, from coping mechanisms to the transformative power of running—all while sharing the wisdom gained from hardships to help inspire others on their pathways.

Bishoy and Andrew engage in a profound conversation about the empowering influence of the running community and delve into heavier topics that overshadowed much of Andrew's life.
