With a Masters Degree in Exercise Science and a passion for easy, inexpensive, and highly nutritious cooking, Dan is dedicated to his craft. In the summer of 2018, Dan opened Charley St, an Australian restaurant in NYC, to critical acclaim from The New York Times, Domino Magazine, Cosmopolitan, Infatuation, and more.
