Corey Lewis is the CEO and Co-Founder of 1AND1, an inclusive mental health and wellness platform that helps consumers “Become 1% Better Each Day.” Due to the lack of mental health and fitness resources provided for BIPOC individuals, Corey saw the need to address this issue by simplifying the options, creating accessible information, and disrupting the wellness landscape as a whole. A majority of the content curated by Corey and the 1AND1 Team is powered by the discussion of what mental health and wellness mean to the BIPOC Community and how, together, we can break the stigma.

Corey also shares a passion for fitness. Corey is a former professional football player and is now a certified personal trainer who helps others reach their fitness goals through fitness activity, nutrition plans, and mental health resources.
